Manager Amanda, maintenance crew members Salomon and Fernando, and leasing staff like Dominique and Ella have earned strong praise for responsiveness, professionalism, and fixing work orders promptly. Residents report a visible turnaround in atmosphere and maintenance responsiveness over the past year. However, severe systemic issues persist: long-term pest infestation (roaches, rodents) affects units regardless of resident cleanliness; common areas remain filthy with uncleaned trash spillage; building maintenance (broken elevators since March, mold, cracked walls) is unresolved; and there is no clear commitment from corporate ownership to fund the necessary building repairs and professional cleaning the complex needs.
